Brief History

Our faculty, located in the Antalya central campus of Akdeniz University, was established with the regulation number 3837 dated July 3,1992 (by amending article 23/a of the law on the Organization of Higher Education Council).

Our faculty started the 2000-2001 academic year with 30 students and still continues education with around 1200 students. Professor Ali Necip ORTAN is the founding dean of the faculty.
